Daraz palay Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities, Clearly Explained

1 General Provisions

Daraz palay (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the service") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between daraz palay and its users.

2 Account Registration

To use daraz palay, you must create a valid account. The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Valid mobile number (or email address)
• BKash/Nagad/Rocket number (for payments)
• District and division of residence

Daraz palay reserves the right to close any account and withhold its balance at any time if it was created using false information. KYC verification must be completed after account registration.

Each user may hold only one account. Multiple accounts created using the same phone number, email address, device, or payment method may be flagged as duplicates.

3 Age & Eligibility

Daraz palay is an adults-only platform. An account cannot be created unless the following conditions are met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• You are of sound mind and are using this service of your own free will.
• You are not subject to any court-imposed betting prohibition.

Daraz palay employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform. Anyone involved in managing a competition may not bet on that competition.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Betting Rules

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10, and the maximum varies depending on the event.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or has an uncertain outcome, the bet will be settled in accordance with daraz palay's policy. Bets on abandoned matches are generally voided and the original stake refunded.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Daraz palay regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on first deposit only. Available once per new account.
• Wagering requirement: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 5x to 10x).
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Minimum odds: For bonus betting, bets must generally be placed at odds of 1.50 or higher.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack, or introducing viruses or malware to the platform.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Unauthorized use of daraz palay's brand or logo.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Daraz palay may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching the Terms & Conditions.
• Opening an account using false information.
• Refusing to complete KYC verification or submitting fraudulent documents.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When a user wishes to close their own account.

Before permanent closure, the user will be notified via email or SMS and any valid balance will be refunded — unless a decision has been made to forfeit it due to a breach of terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

Daraz palay is committed to responsible betting as its highest priority. We believe betting should be a source of entertainment, not a source of harm. That is why our platform includes:
